HORIZON reading circles
HORIZON reading circles
Building on an idea that started in the UK, Canadian vocation directors began in March to form HORIZON reading circles. These are groups of vocation directors and others who wish to promote vocations to religious life who convene to discuss agreed-upon articles in HORIZON.
"The joy of it is that it [a HORIZON reading circle] can be used within congregations, dioceses, organizations, school groups, or church groups," reported the February edition of the newsletter of the Canadian vocation conference. The reading circles are meant to both educate and support those involved in vocation ministry.
NRVC thanks editorial board member Sister Mary Rowell, C.S.J. for helping launch the Canadian reading circles.
