2021 NCYC

2021 NCYC

November 18-20, 2021

The National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC) is a biennial three-day experience to encounter Christ, experience Church, and be empowered for discipleship, sponsored by the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM). Over 10,000 high school teens, parents, and youth ministers from across the country will gather November 18-20, 2021 around the theme Ablaze – Enciende el Fuego. NCYC takes place at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. All participating adults must adhere to a code of conduct and complete either their home diocese’s safe environment program or the Archdiocese of Indianapolis’ program.

This year, the NRVC will not be hosting the Nook, a gathering space for inquirers to meet vocation ministers. However, you can participate as an exhibitor at NCYC. There is also a need for volunteers in the thematic park, register using this link.  Check the NFCYM website for updates.

The Benedictine Sisters of Beech Grove offer accommodations through their Benedictine Inn. Contact Sr. Sheila Fitzpatrick, O.S.B. for prices and reservation information at facilities@benedictineinn.org or by calling her at 317.788.7581.

All participants will be required to wear a mask covering nose and mouth at all times when in Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, except when actively eating or drinking in designated areas. Masks should be of two or more layers of breathable fabric fitting securely under the chin, fit snuggly against the face without gaps and have a nose wire to prevent air from leaking from the top of the mask.  Face shields alone, masks with exhalation valves, single-layer bandanas, bandanas that open below the chin, single-layer gaiters, scarves, and costume masks are unacceptable.

ALL participants must provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR provide results of a negative  COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours before reporting to the Indiana Convention Center.

Exhibit information booths are $950 and include four (4) complimentary credentials which permit  admittance to conference sessions. NFCYM suggests that all exhibitors carry a minimum of $500,000 in liability insurance coverage. Information about exhibiting is available here.

The following NRVC members have already reserved exhibit booths:
