This virtual fall workshop teaches practical interviewing techniques in a theoretical framework of behavioral assessment. While the focus is on the initial assessment of candidates, the methodology is readily adapted to assessing candidates in other stages of formation. Interview topics include family background, educational and occupational histories, psychosexual histories and intimacy skills, faith history, Catholic practices, and other pertinent issues related to comprehensive vocation assessment.
Please note this three-day workshop begins on October 17 at 9:30 a.m. and ends on October 19 at 3:30 p.m. Central time. There is a 60-minute break from noon - 1:00 p.m. Central time. Workshop folders will be mailed to participants at least two weeks before the workshop begins.
Please note: This workshop is not recorded to allow the presenter and participants the opportunity to speak authentically in a learning community. Personal recording is prohibited.
